Building a Southern California Cannabis Brand
3C partnered with Coastal, a Santa Barbara-based company, in 2018 to secure manufacturing, distribution, retail, and delivery licenses throughout southern California to establish and grow the brand. We assisted in the development of Coastal's branding and created plans for Coastal's community involvement, facility designs, company structuring, security layouts, and much more. 3C worked with Coastal to write license applications for each of their proposed businesses in Santa Barbara. These applications received the highest scores among all applicants for each business category. As a result, Coastal received retail storefront, manufacturing, and delivery licenses in Santa Barbara.

After successfully establishing their Santa Barbara operations hub, 3C wrote several successful license applications for Coastal. The company now has operations in Lompoc, Goleta, San Luis Obisbo, and Santa Barbara.
