State-of-the-Art 40,000 square foot Four-Season Greenhouse Now Operational
3C assisted a group in Southern California with the business planning and development for a multi-tiered business producing and distributing premium-grade branded cannabis products. 3C facilitated the design of the floor plan, site plan, and security layout for a 40,000 square foot mixed-light four-season greenhouse facility to meet the company's needs. With over 22,000 square feet of flowering canopy, the company's production capacity is around 12,000 lbs of premium grade cannabis per year. In the facility, we separated cultivation bays to isolate different cultivars and enhance the operation's biological security. The facility's environmental controls and fertigation systems provide precise control of environmental conditions to provide tailored growing conditions for each variety. 3C developed procedures for cultivation, harvesting, processing, data logging, and more. With the help of 3C, the company secured cultivation, distribution, and delivery licenses in Southern California.
The company’s state-of-the-art facility has been built and is now operational. Plans for an extraction operation that meets cGMP standards are currently underway.
