Nic Easley
Nic Easley is the founder and president of 3C and provides the leadership for the organization. Nic's experience includes over 15 years in the commercial cannabis industry. Nic holds degrees in Environmental Studies and Biology; he is also a veteran of the United States Air Force and is based in Denver, Colorado.
Skip Sanzeri
Skip is Director of Corporate Development for 3C and is responsible for company branding, PR, marketing and partnerships. Skip is a Silicon Valley entrepreneur who has helped a variety of startups launch, grow and exit. Skip earned his bachelor’s degree from Claremont McKenna College before obtaining a Master’s in Public Administration from the college of Notre Dame.
Chad Balken
Chad is a professional consultant and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 17 years of Management Consulting and Active Duty military experience. Chad has been instrumental in the delivery of specialized financial analysis and change management services to hundreds of clients worldwide.
